ByteStrype
ByteStrype was formed in 2017 when its founders and leadership team identified a growing need for a better transaction processing system, our goal was to unlock the potential of portfolios using transactional data.
ByteStrype's Payment Platform adds commercial and economic value through analysis and understanding of a product's performance and customer segments within a portfolio. It then helps an organisation to operationalise this data to inform pricing practices that optimise business volumes and revenues.
Bytestrype believes this opportunity exists in all transactional-based environments, focusing initially on the B2B card-based payments market. Our early customers operate in fuel card and expense management markets and our platform can be deployed in multiple languages and operate alongside customers existing legacy systems if required.

Jon is one of the co-founders of ByteStrype and has been our CEO since our inception in February 2017. Before this he spent 25 years with Keyfuels, then FleetCor in a variety of roles including Development Manager, IT Manager, IT Director, and a short period as acting Managing Director post the FleetCor acquisition.
With FleetCor Jon led the European IT team initially as European CIO and later as the VP of EMEA Delivery, leading the build of their industry-leading GFN Platform and overseeing its deployment into Shell externally and several internal FleetCor businesses including it's pan-European card business.
Paul has been ByteStrype's Chief Commercial Officer since May 2017. Before this, he was Group Sales & Marketing Director for WEX Europe Services, and between 2009 and 2015 held executive roles with FleetCor Europe as Managing Director of the UK and then the International Reseller Business. From 2004 to 2008 Paul served as Managing Director of First Data's Merchant Acquiring Joint Venture with the Bank of Scotland and as Managing Director of their Electronic Banking Services Division (Active). Previously Paul had 18 years with Lloyds TSB, with his final role as Sales & Marketing Director of the Europe Wealth Management Division.
